Are you looking for a good alternative (DIY) for a target change in the slope.
$ 1000 + lenses are the way of my price range.

I saw some examples which show that websites with lenses for medium format camera. Any good advice for a target price of medium-format?

A tilt / shift lens is usually associated with architectural photography. You can use the film and sensor level to avoid parallel to the building (II, not I /), to fall behind the "classic" look. This is where the building tapers upward and generally feel that the background. A tilt / shift lens can also be used for the concept of control of aircraft.
